Support is still ongoing, it’s kind of confirming what I already suspected, replies are slow and updates are hard to get. I keep following up, but there’s not much coming back, so it’s been frustrating.

I recently tried contacting them through G2, and it felt like nobody was really checking the messages. I followed up more than once and still never got a clear answer, which was frustrating since I only needed a simple reply. Maybe they’ve been better in the past, but based on this latest experience, I wouldn’t use them again.

"Pretty decent, but can be hit or miss!!!"
I’ve been using g2llc.com for a while now, and it’s okay overall!!! Most of the time it works fine, but it’s not always super steady!!! Some days everything runs smoothly, and other days there are little delays or random issues that take a bit to get sorted out!!! It’s not awful or anything, I just wish it was a bit more reliable!!!

Overall, the security seems fine, but for my personal standards, I’d really like to see more clear details about how everything is protected. It doesn’t feel bad or unsafe, just a little vague, and I’d feel more confident if there was more information available

"Felt stuck once we started growing"
We started using g2llc.com back when our team was small, and at first it was fine. Nothing amazing, but it did the job. Once we added more users and our workload picked up, though, everything started feeling slow and cluttered, like we were constantly fighting the system instead of just getting work done.
Support did try to help, but most of the answers felt like temporary fixes that just kept us stuck in the same loop. It started to feel a bit trapped, like we had to babysit the tool just to keep things moving. Eventually we needed something that could actually grow with us, so we had to move on.

"Hard to get help when I actually needed it"
I’ll be honest, I don’t remember every little detail of the whole process, but I definitely remember how frustrating it was trying to get help from customer service when something went wrong. The issue itself might’ve been manageable, but getting someone to actually respond or take it seriously made it feel way worse.
Support was slow, and I had to follow up more than once just to get anywhere. Maybe there were a couple of decent parts I’m forgetting, but the main thing that stuck with me is feeling like nobody really cared. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless their service improves

This felt outdated to me. I kept expecting to see something a bit more current in the tools or the overall process, but it all seemed like stuff you’d assume would’ve been updated by now. There just weren’t many fresh ideas, so the whole experience ended up being kind of disappointing

I was expecting the documentation to be helpful because they made it sound like everything would be easy to follow, but it was frustrating. The docs are confusing, missing useful details, and didn’t really answer the questions I had. It feels like they promised clear guidance and then didn’t deliver.

I was let down by the customization on g2llc.com. I kept clicking around thinking I’d find more options, but most of it felt locked in and really limited. After spending way too much time trying to make it fit what I wanted, it just felt like wasted energy. Maybe it’s fine if you only need something super basic, but for me it wasn’t flexible enough and didn’t feel worth the hassle

I asked a couple of basic questions, the staff didn’t seem confident with the answers. It felt like they were guessing, which doesn’t sit right with me when customers are relying on them for accurate information. I lost trust quickly

"Setup help was alright, just kinda slow"
G2’s implementation support was okay overall, not bad, but not exactly wow either. They did help us get through the main setup stuff, and most of our questions got answered without too much hassle.
A few parts dragged on longer than we expected, and we had to follow up a couple times to get a straight answer. Once we got connected with the right person, things went way smoother. It worked out in the end, but yeah, the process could’ve been a bit less clunky.

I wasn’t all that impressed. A few little things were either wrong or just overlooked, and I ended up having to point them out myself. Maybe it’s not a big deal to everyone, but to me it made the whole experience feel a bit rushed and not as carefully handled as I expected.

Working with G2 was, for the most part, easy. The steps were clear enough, and when I emailed, I did get answers back. Just sometimes the updates came slower than I was expecting, which made it feel a little less smooth. Not a bad experience at all, just not perfect. Overall, it was okay.
